Fantasy Home moment. Price? no object. But let’s be a little picky. We are looking at over $5.5 million.
Here’s a handy arrow. Gosh that ferry looks close.
I’m in love. It’s a toss up between the black stove and all those windows.
Kitchen itself looks a little old. Need one of those funky taps, maybe black again? The dishwasher is white, white? who has white appliances these days?
Built in 1913 and owned by one family for 50 years, it’s a rare look into a lovely family home. I love the arts and craft timber work. The black walls and details are a great anchor to the views.
Al fresco on demand. Doors have been pushed back for some clever open dining. Love the Icarus light shade. Nice view back to living area.
Sydney sandstone jigsaw walls, floorboards and handy exit to the outdoors.
The winter balcony. There are very few houses on the harbour with this amount of openness. Maybe I speak too soon and some ferry comes blasting past or maybe a midnight party boat with John Farnham playing too loud.
Honey, we bought a park. Is there enough lawn to warrant a ride-on mower? The teenager in me is planning a swing over that tree.
Dining under hanging rock. White dresses and pan flutes required. Like your own private national park.
Well, this just caps it off. How many people can you fit on the lawn for New Year’s?
Birchgrove is already an incredible suburb this is just a great reason to leave the Eastern Suburb crowded harbour side and lie around on this lawn.
Do you know this house? have you visited? please leave a comment.
